About VeloWorkout

A structured cycling workout editor, workout library, plan calendar, and smart trainer performer.

What is VeloWorkout?

VeloWorkout is a structured cycling workout editor for riders who want a cleaner workflow from workout design to execution. You can build ZWO-style interval sessions, export FIT workouts for Garmin, connect smart trainers and heart rate monitors, perform sessions in the browser, and review training load in one place.

The product is built for cyclists who need a practical workout library and plan calendar, not just a file converter. That means the core surfaces are the builder, the library, the performer, the plan calendar, and the analytics needed to decide what to do next.

Training Analytics

Track your recent training load using established metrics (CTL/ATL/TSB) and review intensity over time to stay on top of fitness and fatigue trends.

Device Connectivity

Pair your smart trainer and heart rate monitor with Web Bluetooth. Perform structured sessions that automatically control resistance and display your current HR alongside target intensity.

Workouts & Builder

Create, save, and discover workouts with a clean, visual builder. Filter by duration, intensity, and type. Export to Garmin for outdoor use, or perform directly in the app.

Integrations

Upload your completed sessions to Strava and keep your training history in one place. Seamless export and sync make it easy to share progress and stay motivated.

Using the Workout Performer
  1. Open a workout from the library and click Perform.
  2. Pair devices if prompted (smart trainer for ERG control, heart rate monitor for HR display).
  3. Press Start to begin. Use Pause and Resume as needed.
  4. Use Next/Previous to navigate intervals. Targets and progress are shown prominently.
  5. ERG mode will automatically set resistance to the target; you can toggle or adjust if needed.

Tip: Keep the performer view visible during your session to maximize real-time guidance.

Connecting Devices
  1. Go to Settings → Device Connections.
  2. Click Pair Trainer and select your smart trainer from the list.
  3. Click Pair Heart Rate to connect your HR monitor.
