You must be logged in to connect your Strava account.
Use Garmin when Garmin Connect already owns most of your activity history. Structured workouts can sync directly from Plans and the workout library, and routes can sync directly from Routes as Garmin courses. FIT export still works as a fallback when you want a manual file.
When you connect, on the Garmin consent screen please enable Historical Data (in addition to Activities and Training if you use them). Historical Data includes heart rate, sleep, HRV and stress, which we use for your daily readiness score and to suggest easier workouts when you’re tired.
Select your Zwift workouts folder once and export .zwo files directly without manually copying files. This must be done on the same computer where Zwift is installed. The folder is typically Documents/Zwift/Workouts/[Your Zwift ID]/.
